Statement of Faith

We believe that the Holy Scriptures are the inspired, authoritative, and inerrant Word of God, literally God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16), and that the Bible is God.s revelation to mankind providing wisdom for all areas of life (2 Peter 2:3-4).
By faith in what God has revealed through His Holy Scriptures, we believe that God created the world in six 24-hour days about 6000 years ago and that true science supports this claim (Exodus 20:11, Hebrews 11:3).
We believe that the Creator, Jesus Christ, came into the world in the form of a man (Philippians 2:7) being born of a virgin woman (Isaiah 7:14); that He lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), that He died, was buried three days, and rose again (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) that He might destroy the works of the devil (Hebrews 2:14), and redeem to Himself a peculiar people zealous of good works (Titus 2:14).
We believe that a person can enter the kingdom of God only by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ, and not by works of righteousness (Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:5).
We believe that God has given the Holy Spirit to all those who believe on Him (John 7:38-39) to guide them into all truth (John 14:26; 1 John 2:27) and to be their Comforter (John 14:16).
We believe that three bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and that these three are One (1 John 5:7).
We believe that Jesus Christ has commissioned us to be ambassador.s for His kingdom, and has given His flock the ministry of reconciliation (Matthew 28:19-20, 2 Corinthians 5:18-20).
